If you are non-NHS or PCMD, you can also apply to join the library as an external user for a small annual payment but this will only allow you to access print resources, not the computers.

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS NO COMPUTER ACCESS AVAILABLE AT EXETER HEALTH LIBRARY UNLESS YOU ARE NHS OR PCMD. The closest public access computer/Internet terminals are at Exeter Central Library in the town centre.

You may also be able to access WiFi at Exeter Central Library, Exeter Central Station, and some pubs and fast food outlets.

Journals

You are entitled to access the PRINT JOURNALS available at Exeter Health Library. Please note that journals over 10 years old are usually in store and not readily available. The library does have a photocopier (10p per A4 sheet).
