Welcome to the Recruitment Site of the Mood Disorders Centre bio-behavioural lab.

The lab is staffed by researchers from the Mood Disorders Centre, in the School of Psychology at the University of Exeter.

What do we do?

We are primarily interested in emotional sensitivity and reactivity in personality and mood disorders. We are also interested in the bodily reactions during emotional and attentional processes, which is why we measure things like heart rate, sweat activity, breathing rate and muscle activity during some of our experiments. Our measurements are non-invasive, meaning that we will only attach electrodes to the surface of your skin, without causing any pain.
